You will need to book your place via the ticketing system, and when you arrive register with the sign-in team
Our Sunday Morning Gatherings will be a version of our Sunday Digital service hosted in person with a live worship, talk and prayer.
Our Fire Pit Worship nights are an opportunity to meet and worship outside around a Fire Pit.
Our Revelation Kids Download is a meeting aimed at families. There will be crafts, songs, prayer and children’s talk.
We would like you to have downloaded the NHSCOVID-19 app and you must wear a face covering while in the venue. You are not allowed to sing while in the venue, however, we will be blessed to listen to the worship music and respond in our hearts. If you are unable to download the app please still book tickets and notify us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I bring my children?
Due to Government restrictions, we are not providing any physical Kids Church experience at our Sunday Morning Gatherings or Fire Pit Worship. These events are both aimed at adults, you can of course bring your children but they must stay with you throughout and there will be no children’s provision. We have specifically designed our Kids Download Live meetings in order to support, engage and meet together with children and families. If you want to bring your children to any of our in-person gatherings you must book a ticket for them.
What is the maximum number of tickets I can book?
There is no upper limit on the number of tickets you can book, although there should be no mixing of households and we are abiding by the Rule of Six, we do appreciate that some households have more than six people and your legally-permitted support bubble may also increase your number. For our Fire Pit Worship nights we will be assigning you to a socially distanced group of six. For our Sunday Digital Live & Kids Download Live, please book on with everyone within your family who is going to attend. We will pre-assign seats for all attendees.
How do I download & use the NHSCOVID-19 app?
To download the app, visit the App Store on your iPhone, or the Google Play Store on your Android phone. The app is only available on smartphones, and cannot be used on a smartwatch or tablet. When you arrive at the venue open the app and click the ‘venue check-in’ button, scan the QR code on the table and you will be checked-in.
I can’t download the NHSCOVID-19 app, can I still attend?
You will be able to attend, however, please first inform us that you will not have the app on your phone by emailing email@example.com. We would prefer people to have the app if at all possible.
AT THE VENUE
Do I need to wear a face covering and what happens if I forget mine?
You will need to wear a face covering when entering the building. Please keep this on throughout your time inside. Face coverings and maintaining social distancing is essential in reducing the risk of infection. If you forget yours we will have some disposable face coverings.
Can I sing?
The Government have advised that singing and talking in a raised voice potentially increase the risk of transmission and therefore congregational worship in the venue is not allowed, however, worship in your heart is encouraged! We will have live band leading us and we encourage you to engage in worship in ways that are permitted.
What happens if I feel unwell in the service?
If at any point in the lead up to the service, during the service or immediately after the service you develop any of the Coronavirus symptoms, we ask that you leave the building immediately, limiting your contact with others as much as possible.
Can I speak and interact with people at the service?
It is crucial that you stay 2 meters away from people outside of your household or support bubble while at any of our in-person gatherings. The rules for places of worship in tier 2 is that interacting with anyone outside of your household is not allowed. We know that this is not normal or natural for us as a church but in order to continue meeting together we must follow these rules whenever possible . You will not be permitted to linger outside of the venue after the service, however if you see someone you know, you can say hello outside from a 2 meter distance.
